Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Fairway has no monthly fee, no time limit and needs no card. We only earn when golfers pay for a booking or lesson online, through a commission published for every country on our pricing page.

Golfers pay online when they book, and your share is paid out to your bank in your own currency, with our commission already taken. On Club, you can take payments on your own account with a supported provider instead. Membership fees always go to you directly.

No. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, and you can change plan or cancel at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can we bring our existing members?

Yes. Import them from a CSV file with their membership types, tiers and dates. Every row is checked before anything is saved, and nobody is emailed.

Which languages and currencies do you support?

OnTheTee, its emails and your booking page work in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch. Clubs in 45 countries take payments in their own currency, and we bill subscriptions in 20 currencies.
